Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Aphase is not responsible for any shipping delays and will not be able to provide a refund due to shipping delays.

Returns/Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or on our jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
